I needed a GC for my new home that we bought the on foreclosure at a grad price but the home needed so much work that I had to hire a professional to help us especially with the roofing and ancient plumbing of my 1959 house in Oakland Park. One of the many things that impressed me about the owner, Jhony, was that he was not only a GC but also a licensed plumber, roofer, and HVAC contractor. He pulled almost all the permits himself and a projected 3-4 month renovation only took 2 months and the professionalism, knowledge, and honesty that the owner and his team showed my pregnant wife and I was just tremendous. With us being first time home buyers and in such need many contractors would have overcharged us or included additional items that we may not have needed but Jhony understood our budget and our needs with a baby on the way. I’m very grateful for the new roof, contemporary bathrooms that my wife has always dreamed of and our new beautiful Mediterranean style open kitchen that lets me watch my sport games from any angle with the spacious views of the living room. Well, that’s my story and I’m glad to write about my pleasant experience. I fully recommend Jhony and his team at JHN Remodeling.
